A bug-fix release aimed at issues found during the v2.x rollout, plus a few desktop enhancements. Enhancements Fixes - Voice message recording, plus fixes to voice message playback (now working on arm64 too) - Settings tiles now highlight the page you are viewing in the two-column layout - The splash screen now shows migration progress and only offers to close or report once startup actually stalls - Smoother message list animations when sending - Backups & restore now fall back to local backups with an offline notice when the server can't be reached - Fixes state management issues with the socket connection, which could cause a stale connection status, stacked listeners, and an unnecessary amount of errors - Fixes issues with contacts not being detected or matched against handles on some devices - Fixes issues receiving notifications on some devices, caused by a faulty contact avatar path - Fixes page dimming and navigation issues in the two-column layout - Fixes some issues with skin-specific dialogs, including dialog colors on the iOS skin - Fixes Theme Studio holding on to stale state between visits - Removes the stale connection indicator setting
